Pierogi Making Class


Our pierogi making class focuses on hands-on pierogi making. This is a full participation class in making and eating!

Students will learn techniques for:

-Making dough from scratch

-Rolling and forming the pierogi

Recipe cards are included.

A section of the class will discuss different pierogi fillings as well as cooking techniques. Tips will be given on different storage solutions for the pierogi.

The pierogi will be cooked, and each student will be able to take home their products.

Classes held in Veselka’s production kitchen.

At the end of class, students will be able to taste a sample of the pierogi.
